Tiger Jaws is a precision workholding brand designed and manufactured in Brookvale, NSW, by the team at Sorensen Engineering & Product Lab.Tiger Jaws started on the shop floor in Brookvale. The CNC industry has run on the same changeover process for decades and very few have stopped to create a more efficient way.
The idea was straightforward: CNC machinists were losing too much time on changeovers, and the tooling available wasn't solving it. So we built something that did. The result is the Chameleon Clamps system — a rapid changeover workholding solution that cuts setup time by up to 70%.
Sorensen Engineering has been making precision parts for serious production environments for years. The Product Lab is where that manufacturing experience gets turned into new tooling concepts — designed by people who understand the shop floor, tested in real cutting conditions, and built to last.
Tiger Jaws was created by Julius Sorensen, Lukas Hampp, John Bridekirk and with the support of James Brankin and the Product Lab team. Between them they bring engineering, manufacturing and product development expertise — and a shared intolerance for slow changeovers.
Every Tiger Jaws product is precision-machined from steel, manufactured under ISO-certified processes at our Brookvale facility. We ship to a range of countries around the globe, if yours isn’t listed, please send us an email.
