Warranty
We make precision tools for machinists who expect things to work. If
something goes wrong, we want to sort it out quickly and fairly. This
policy covers returns and warranty for products purchased directly from tigerjaws.com.au.
Returns
We make professional CNC workholding tools that, by their nature, need to be installed and used before you can properly evaluate them. We don’t offer a change-of-mind return policy.
If you need to return a product, please contact us first at info@tigerjaws.com.au before sending anything back. We’ll confirm whether a return is applicable and give you a return authorisation number.
What we accept returns for
- Products that are faulty or defective on arrival
- Products that don’t match their published specification
- Incorrect items sent in error
How returns work
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@tigerjaws.com.au
- We’ll assess your situation and issue a return authorisation if applicable
- Return freight to us is at the purchaser’s expense, except where we confirm a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
Products must be returned in a condition that allows fair assessment. We’ll let you know what we find.
